Politiki. Japiji. Lokalni mafijaši so izčrpali mesto do konca. Za njimi ostajajo prazne ulice, dvorišča in trgi, porušene zgradbe in ostareli prebivalci, katerih pot se je tukaj končala. Vsak prostor je napolnjen s sledmi preteklosti. Skupina mladih v mestu z nično perspektivo se odloči za pobeg; sedem plesalcev se v kratkem eksperimentalnem plesnem filmu Circulat, ki ga je Matjaž Mrak ustvaril leta 2016, neprestano sooča s fizičnimi in mentalnimi ovirami sedanjosti, ki je prepredena s sencami in odmevi preteklosti.

Politicians. Opportunists. The city is completelly exausted by local mob. All what's left behind are empty streets and squares, buildings in ruins, and the elderly people, whose path ends here. Each place is marked by traces of the past. In this city with no perspective a group of youngsters decides to escape. In Circulat (2016), a short experimental dance film by Matjaž Mrak, seven dancers are constantly faced with physical and mental handicaps of the present, shadowed with echoes of the past.

Film Vašhava (2014) vsebinsko zaključuje odslikavo industrijske epohe, ki je zaznamovala trboveljsko dolino. Delavske in rudniške objekte, ki so več kot sto petdeset let označevali in spreminjali Trbovlje, čakajo negotova prihodnost. V filmu se mednarodna plesna skupina EnKnapGroup, edini stalni ansambel za sodobni ples pri nas, v tem posvetilu avtorja Iztoka Kovača svojemu rodnemu kraju še zadnjič sooči z rudniškimi prostori, preden ti za vedno izginejo iz kolektivnega zavednega. Poslednjič jih napolnijo z vitalnostjo življenja, kot ga doživljajo sami.

The Vašhava (2014) is a cinematic reflection of the end of an industrial epoche of Trbovlje, Slovenian mining town, that lasted for almost two centuries. In this homage to his birth town the author Iztok Kovač, together with the international dance company EnKnapGroup confronts the mining facilities for the very last time, before they forever disappear from the collective consciousness. For the very last time this working and mining place will be filled with life, as experienced by dancers.

jesusonecstasy je glasbeni producent z vsesplošnim zanimanjem za zvok: ustvarja glasbo za gledališče in film, elektronske glasbene inštrumente in zvočne umetniške inštalacije. Nastopi so improvizacija na sintetizatorjih, semplerju in ritem mašini lastne izdelave, kar mu omogoča fleksibilnost pri razvijanju zvoka in glasbe v živo. Zaznamuje ga temačnost zvoka, ki jo lahko pripišemo vplivu berlinskega podnebja in podtalja. V nemški prestolnici namreč živi in dela od leta 2015.

jesusonecstasy is a music producer with an overall interest in sound. He is producing music for movies and theatre, creating electronic musical instruments and sound art installations. His performances are based on improvisation on synthesizers, samplers and on a  drum machine he developed. This gives him the flexibility to transform and shape both sound and composition throughout the performance. The music is characterized by a dark sound, influenced by Berlin’s climate and club scene. He lives and works in the German capital since 2015.

Dvojec Izland, ki ga sestavljata Gašper Milkovič Biloslav in Marko Vivoda, razvija inovativne oblike VJ-janja. Raje od ustvarjanja v zgolj digitalni tehniki se avtorja odločata za eksperimentiranje z različnimi analognimi tehnikami, prek katerih snujeta nove abstraktne vizualne realnosti. Te navdihujejo kemijski poskusi, interaktivna umetnost, eksperimentalni filmi in animacija, pa tudi principi kimatike in mehanske igračke,  ki so hkrati orodje za njune edinstvene nastope, žive vizualne performanse in instalacije.

Duo Izland, composed of Gašper Milkovič Biloslav and Marko Vivoda, is developing an innovative approach to VJ-ing. Instead of insisting on purely digital technique, the project prefers to focus on exploring the creation of abstract visual realities experimenting with various analog techniques. Drawing inspiration from chemical experiments, interactive artworks, experimental film and animation, the principles of cymatics and mechanical gadgets, Izland creates unique performances, as well as installations and live acts.

Kaotičen strah v lastnem krogu se vrteč ali KSVLKSV je enigmatičen ambient-noise projekt izvajalca PureH (Pharmafabrik Recordings). Projekt opisuje kot sonični delirium duha, ujetega v samoniklo konvolucijo sebstva, ki vznika in se preobrača na meji med jastvom ter drugostjo sveta, ki mu stoji nasproti. Jastvo je točka percepcije, ki svoje ustvarjene vsebine retroaktivno vtiska na zunanji predmet, ga abstrahira od sebe kot tisto, kar vznika kot njemu-tuje, a vseeno lastno ...

Kaotičen strah v lastnem krogu se vrteč alias KSVLKSV is an enigmatic ambient-noise project of PureH (Pharmafabrik Recordings), who explains the project as a sonic delirium of the Spirit, entraped in spontaneous convolution of the Self that emanates and permutates on the line between itself and the world as  the Other. Being-self is a point of perception that creates its own content imprinting it retroactivly onto outer object, abstracting itself from it as something that emanates as alienated-from-it, but yet its own ...

Irena Z. Tomažin je umetnica, glasbenica, filozofinja in plesalka, ki se je od plesa preusmerila k raziskovanju lastnih vokalnih razsežnosti. Leta 2006 je ustvarila solo projekt za glas in diktafone iT. Sodelovala je na zgoščenki Retinal Circus kolektiva Bast, v produkciji zavoda Atol in v sodelovanju z Aldom Ivančičem je leta 2011 ustvarila zgoščenko Crying games. V okviru mednarodnega projekta Co-voicings (2013-14), izdala svoj drugi album Okus tišine, zasnovan na predstavi Okus tišine vedno odmeva.

Irena Z. Tomažin is an artist, musician, philosopher and a dancer, who redirected herself from the dance to exploration of her own vocal abilities. Her first solo project iT, for the voice and dictaphone, begins in 2006. She participated on the album of Bast Collective Retinal Circus. She released her first album Crying games in 2011 in cooperation with Aldo Ivančič. Her second album Taste of Silence is a result of a bigger international project Co-voicings (2013-14), and it is based on a preformance Taste of Silence still echoes.

Aghe Clope je italijanski prosto improvizacijski ansambel, ki svoj navdih črpa iz raznoraznih vplivov in žanrskih miljejev, ki segajo od elektronske in sodobne klasične glasbe pa tja do free jazza in psihadelije. Rezultat je nepredvidljivo umetniško polje, ki vibrira in je ranljivo na več ravneh. Vsak od članov sodeluje v številnih glasbenih in multidisciplinarnih projektih najrazličnejših estetik. Gre za svetovljansko zasedbo, ki igra po vsem svetu, na že tako zvočno pester oder pa radi povabijo tudi združenje vizualnih umetnikov Hybrida Light Show.

Aghe Clope is an Italian free improvisation ensemble, inspired by various musical forms, from electronic and contemporary music to free jazz and psychedelia. The result is an unpredictable vibrating and vulnerable artscape. Each member participates in many musical and multidisciplinary projects of various aesthetics. This is cosmopolitan ensemble, playing on various stages all around the world, often in collaboration with association of visual artists Hybrida Light Show.

HuxDexAA je zvočno-performativna entiteta, topologija vozla glas/zvok. Glas zakriva svoj izvor, ne moremo  ga vmestiti niti na stran jezika niti na stran telesa. Zvok kot prasket, šum, zareza v zvočnem, ki je neobvladljiv, nepredvidljiv in prihaja iz neorganskih oblik materialnosti. Kljub svoji vpetosti v materialni nosilec to, kar se proizvaja kot glas in zvok,’ponavzoča’ objekt-glas, ki je pripet na materialnost, a z njo nikoli ne sovpade do konca ...

HuxDexAA is a performative sonic entity, knotted topology of voice and sound. The voice eludes its origins and can’t be placed neither on the side of language nor body. The sound is a crackle, noise, deep cut in sonic tissue, uncontrolable, unmanageable, it derives from inorganic shapes of material realm. Despite its entangled in the material, what is produced as voice and sound, embellishes object-voice, that is attached to the material, but never completely coincides with it ...

Šina Late Night je festivalska zvezda stalnica, ki na  nočnem nebu zasveti šele po uradnem programu. Tedaj se bomo iz glavnega prizorišča preselili v idrijski lokal BusBar, kjer bosta za glasbeno kuliso poskrbela selektorja ClausVoid in Tristiana. V petek bo ClausVoid rudaril za zvočnimi dragulji temačnejših žarnov, v soboto pa bo Tristiana izbirala bolj plesne ritme nič manj temačnih odtenkov.

Šina Late Night is one of the constant Šina stars, which lights up on the night sky only after the official program is over. That is the time to move from the main stage to the less formal gathering at the Idrija BusBar, where selectors ClausVoid and Tristiana will provide the music ambient. On Friday, ClausVoid will be mining for the sounds of darker glows, and on Saturday, Tristiana will be playing a bit more groovie rhythms with no less dark shades.
